General Terms
8bd8 is an online casino and sports betting platform for the Bangladesh market. The terms and conditions stated on this page ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 8bd8 and its members. By accessing this website or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this agreement.
8bd8 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published on this page will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to open an account and use 8bd8's services. If it is found that a user is below this age limit, their account will be closed immediately and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses or winnings may be cancelled.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. 8bd8 reserves the right to close an account if false or incomplete information is provided. The following information is mandatory:
- Full legal name (as per National ID)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- Active email address
- Bangladesh mobile number
- Preferred payment method details
2.4 Account Security
The security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not allow third parties to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Account Verification (KYC)
8bd8 reserves the right to verify the identity of its members. We may request identity verification in the following circumstances:
- Before the first withdrawal
- For transactions above a certain amount
- When unusual activity is detected
- When any discrepancy is found in account information
3.1 Required Documents
Any of the following documents may be required for verification:
- A clear copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
8bd8 supports only the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
- Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
- Bank Transfer — Via major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may be longer if verification is required or unusual activity is suspected.
4.4 Transaction Policy
- Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
- Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals will be sent only to the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
- 8bd8 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction that is considered unusual.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
8bd8 offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳28,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳48,000 (maximum bonus limit)
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount). Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- A bonus can be claimed only once.
- Bonuses can only be used for placing bets on the platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- 8bd8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus benefits are misused or manipulated, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Whether specific games or bet types count towards meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the details of the relevant bonus offer.
5.4 VIP Program
8bd8's VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback:
- Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression depends on your activity and contribution on the platform. 8bd8 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
Gaming Rules
All games on 8bd8 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all games:
6.1 Game Results
Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and, for live casino games, by a live dealer. 8bd8 does not interfere with game results.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical error occurs during gameplay, the relevant round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be returned to the member's account. 8bd8 is not obligated to pay out winnings claimed on the basis of incorrect information displayed due to a server or software error.
6.3 Sports Betting
- All bets will be counted according to the time they are placed — bets placed before an event starts or within the live betting window are valid.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or re-settled in accordance with 8bd8's rules.
- Sports betting should only be done on the basis of general knowledge and skill — betting based on insider information is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bd8 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Misusing or manipulating bonus benefits (e.g., claiming bonuses using multiple accounts)
- Using software, bots, or automation to influence game results
- Allowing third parties to use your account
- Colluding or collaborating with other members to gain an unfair advantage
- Creating or operating an account using a false identity or documents
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 8bd8's Rights
8bd8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Any violation of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
- Providing false identity or information
- Failure to pass age verification
- Prolonged inactivity (specific period subject to applicable terms)
8.2 Member's Rights
You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.
8.3 Appeals Process
If you have any objection to the closure of your account, please contact us at our support email. We review all complaints seriously and try to resolve them through a fair and impartial investigation.
